Susan's Pondering

 I just completed 2-day class and have earned Certified Negotiation Expert, CNE, designation. This course taught me how to apply professional approaches and techniques to any real estate negotiation situation.   I enjoyed the learning environment and am excited to use negotiating skills in my real estate business and in life.
